We check: returned changed lines for supported credential patterns and risky configuration patterns, plus changes to CI, ownership, dependencies and deployment files.
We don’t: execute code, interpret all program behavior, expand inherited CI or scan unchanged files. Missing, binary or truncated diffs mean partial coverage.
Your data: the server reads the public MR from GitLab on demand. We do not save reports or raw diffs in an application database, and never display credential matches. Hosting infrastructure may retain standard request logs.
